Reflo (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is a timeboxing and daily-planning app for iOS. This policy explains what information the app handles, how it is used, and the choices you have. We keep it simple because our data practices are simple: your planning data belongs to you, and we do not sell it or use it for advertising.
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, browsing history, or any data from other apps. The app contains no advertising and no third-party tracking SDKs.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Your planning content is stored on your device and, when you are signed in, in your private space in Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore), which we use as our cloud infrastructure. Data is isolated per account: only your signed-in account can read or write your data. Firebase servers may be located in the United States or other regions operated by Google. You can learn more at Firebase Privacy and Security.
If and when optional paid subscriptions are offered, payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID account — we never see or store your payment details. To manage subscription status, we may use RevenueCat, which processes purchase receipts and anonymous app-account identifiers on our behalf.
Reflo is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS), and cloud data is protected by per-account security rules. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we follow platform best practices to protect your information.
If we make material changes, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
